Ali Anouzla exonerated in the case of statements on the Sahara

The case against the director of Lakome2.com information site comes following the publication in November 2015 of an interview with the German daily Bild. He is accused of having used then during the interview the "Western Sahara" and expressions "Sahara occupied." The journalist had, for its part, denied having used those words, explaining that "the interview was done in Arabic and the interpreter mistranslated (her) about." In the process, the German newspaper rectified the situation by removing expressions .
Besides this case, Ali Anouzla always prosecuted under the Terrorism Act. He last appeared November 26, 2015 before the investigating judge. The journalist is charged with "apology" and "incitement to terrorism", following the publication in 2013 on his website "Lakome" of an article with a link to a video of Al Qaeda in Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) devoted to Morocco .
